My Top Three Best Storylines from Coronation Street 2011

As the end of another year draws to a close, I have, as ever, loved bringing you all the soapy news and gossip in 2011, so I thought today, I’d dedicate my posts to celebrating the best bits of our top three soaps – EastEnders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
So, on to Corrie, and at number three on my list of the Top three best storylines from the cobbles this year is the Leanne and Peter Barlow plotline.
The reason being that the characters of Leanne and Peter – who are of course played by Jane Danson and Chris Gascoyne – could be your neighbours…
They’re a classic example of what a modern family unit might be, with a step-mum, a dad with a booze issue and in the middle, a little boy.
